Turkey Veggie Chili

20 oz ground turkey breast1 Tbsp oil (canola)12 oz tomato paste2 (14.5 oz) cans stewed tomatoes1 C. Diced Raw carrots1 1/2 C. Diced Onions1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed3 serrano peppers (stems removed, left whole)1/2 C. red bell pepper4 C diced zucchini3 cloves garlic - chopped or sliced2 Tbsp fresh oregano4 Tbsp ground cumin4 Tbsp dark chili powder2 tsp salt (or to your preference)
Brown the crumbled ground turkey, add garlic, carrots and onions along with half of the spices. Saute for 10 minutes - add the remaining vegetables, stewed tomatoes and tomato paste. Let simmer until the vegetables are done to your liking. At last 15 minutes add the remaining spice.
