- Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients
Directions
1 cup Cascadian Farms Purely O's cereal (no sugar/corn added)1/4 cup freeze-dried blueberries (no sugar added)sprinkle of cinnamon (you can also used mixed berries)1 scoop vanilla Sun Warrior Warrior Blend protein powder1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milkdash of sugar-free vanilla Torani/DaVinci syrup3-4 vials vanilla steviasprinkling of pure stevia to tasteyou will need:2 bowls/spoonsa Blender Bottle cup (16-20 oz)
There are many ways to prepare this (bowl, whisk, etc) but the easiest/fastest/least messy way is:
1. Pour 1/2 cup cereal and 2 tbsp blueberries in each bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
2. Pour 1 cup of milk into the blender bottle and add protein powder, vanilla torani, and extra sweeteners. Drop in the Blender Ball and screw on the cap tightly. Shake up for a few moments--that's all it takes!
3. Measure out approximately 2/3 cup of your protein-milk blend and pour over bowls of cereal.
DIG IN! A delicious, healthy snack/breakfast for two!
**NOTE: these servings are made small and meant to be "snack-sized" as I usually have cold cereal before going to bed and just want something light to hold me over. If you're having this for breakfast I recommend eating BOTH servings for a yummy and filling start to your day! The stats are still under 250 cals for the whole batch so no guilt required!
