Make-over Tuna Melt

Ingredients
1 can tuna, drained1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese3 oz nonfat plain greek yogurt1 stalk celery, chopped1/4 cup diced onion2 tsp brown mustardseason as desired (salt, pepper, dill, parsley, basil)3 oz shredded low fat cheddar3 sandwich thins
Directions
Mix all salad ingredients together and divide between the three rolls. Top with shredded cheddar and cook in the toaster oven until cheese melts and bread is toasted.
