FISH FILLET FLORENTINE

Ingredients
Cooking Spray*Fish - Tilipia, 10 oz(remove)Pepper, black, 1 dash(remove)Salt, 1 dash(remove)Spinach, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) yields(remove)Sour Cream, reduced fat, .125 cup(remove)Onions, raw, .125 cup, chopped(remove)Garlic powder, .25 tsp(remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
Coat a baking dish with cooking spray
Season Fish with salt & pepper and place in baking dish
In Food processor combine remaining ingredients until smooth.
Spoon spinach mixture over fish. Cover with foil & bake for 10 min. Uncover and bake another 5 min.
