Ingredients
Tofu Shirataki- 8oz Frozen Cooked Shrimp- 3ozBird's Eye Seven Veggie Stir Fry- 2 cupsKikkoman Lite Soy Sauce- 2 tbsp
Directions
1. Coat a frying pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Add veggies and shrimp, cooking until heated through.
3. While that's cooking, open the tofu shirataki and drain out the liquid.
4. Place the tofu shirataki in a colander and rinse VERY WELL under running water (I rinse mine for a good 5 minutes to remove that lime juice!). While rinsing, use kitchen shears to cut the shirataki into more manageable pieces.
5. Add tofu shirataki and soy sauce to the frying pan. Heat for only a couple of minutes until shirataki is warm and the mixture is nicely coated with the soy sauce.

Note that the tofu shirataki does not need long to cook, so don't overdo it!

I made this for dinner tonight! I used fresh and frozen veggies and added some grated fresh ginger. I couldn't believe the huge pan of food for so few calories! I will definitely make it again. - 5/30/08

This is so easy, so delicious and definitely a menu make again soon. The recipe is more than a generous portion and filling! I have to watch my sodium intake, so I did cut back to 1 Tbsp of lite soy sauce, but added some garlic and ginger. - 3/5/12
