8 Oz Skim Milk2 tsp unsweetened dry cocoa powder (give or take depending on your taste)1-2 tsp Agave syrup (to taste)a dash of salt (you will want this to cut the bitter of the cocoa)1/2 large banana (I usually keep some cut up and frozen for smoothies)4-6 ice cubes1/3 scoop vanilla whey protien powder (Recipe stats formulated with Gold Standard Natural Whey Protien)1 tsp Instant Coffee granules3/4 - 1 tsp flax seed1 Chewable Kids Multivitamin
It's a smoothie. Toss it all in a blender and hit go. Enjoy!
