Parmesan Crusted Rainbow Trout

Ingredients
6 small Rainbow Trout fillets1/2 cup Yellow Cornmeal1/4 cup Flour3 tbsp Parmesan Grated Topping, reduced fat1 tsp Garlic Powder1 tsp Onion Powder1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper1 lg Egg2 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
In a shallow dish combine cornmeal, flour, parmesan & seasonings. In a small bowl whisk egg. Lightly dip fish in egg and then coat with cornmeal mixture. Place fish in a preheated skillet lightly coated with oil. Cook in medium to medium high temp. on each side until crisp and done. Serve with lemon juice.
