Almond milk shake

Ingredients
In a blender pour one cup of light vanilla almond (or soy) milk, add half a small banana, a handful of fresh (or frozen) strawberries and a small handful of walnut pieces. Add ice to make it as thick or thin as you enjoy and blend! Takes very little time to prepare and is super yummy!
