Faux Hamburger Pie

2 lb ground beef 6 tbsp egg whites (equal to 2 eggs)8 tbsp Ketchup1 small onion, chopped 2 cup cauliflower (about half a head)4 oz cream cheese 4 oz fat free cheddar cheese, shredded salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, eggs, salt, pepper, and ketchup. Brown hamburger mixture and spread in baking dish.
While meat is browning, boil cauliflower in salted water until soft. Drain cauliflower. Add cream cheese. Blend half the cauliflower with cream cheese in food processor. Put in separate bowl. Blend the rest of the cauliflower in food processor and then stir in with cheese mixture until mashed potato consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread over baked hamburger. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
Serving Size: makes 9x13 cake pan
