Ingredients
1lb Grond beef, lean1 med Onion4 +/- cloves Garlic2 Green Peppers 1 Red Pepper 2 carrots2 celery2 Italian Sausage (optional)8oz. canned (or fresh) mushrooms1 small can Tomato Paste1 med can Tomato Sauce1 lrg can Tomatos, diced
Directions
brown beef, clean and chop all veggies, add garlic, salt, italian seasoning to taste. Once all ingredients are added, let simmer on low for up to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
