Add half a cup of skim milk and half a cup of strong coffe to a blender. Then add 1 tbls of chocolate syrup, light for less calories and a teaspoon of sugar substitute, I like Truvia. Add desired amount of ice and blend together.
Add it all together in a blender and blend.
