Low carb zucchini muffin

Ingredients
2 c almond flour2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup butter, melted4 eggs1/3 c water4 tsp stevia2 c shredded zucchini
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and stevia, set aside
Mix butter, eggs and water. Toss zucchini in flour mixture before adding to moist ingredients. Incorporated all ingredients well.
Fill greas muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 15 minutes. Cool 5-0 minutes before removing from pan
