Tomato, Onion, Basil Flatbread

3/4 cup chopped tomato1/3 cup raisins1 tbsp miso paste5 fresh basil leaves1 tsp parsley2 cups red onion chopped3 cloves garlic3/4 cup ground flax seed1/2 cup sunflower seed w/o salt2 tbsp chia seed
In food processor blend tomato, raisins and miso til smooth. Add onion, garlic and flax seed, process to very smooth. Stir in sunflower seed and chia seed. Cover cookie sheet with Parchment Paper ( do not use wax paper). Pour mixture and spread thin. Bake @ 250 for 1 hour, place second piece ofparchment on top, then second cookiesheet and flip. Peel off old parchment and slide on to first cookie sheet. Bake again for about 30 - 45 min.
