Ingredients
Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced (remove) *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 13.4 oz (remove) Onions, raw, 0.75 cup, chopped (remove) Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp (remove) Whole Grain Quinoa, .75 cup dry Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove) Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove) *La Sabrozita Salsa Casera Verde, 5 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Cook the quinoa for about 10-15 mins in approx 1/2 cup water, might need to add a little water. Trying to cook the quinoa most of the way before adding to the meatloaf mix. Mix all together and bake for 30 mins at 400 covered. Uncover in cook 10 mins at 450.
