Vegetarian Egg Salad

Ingredients
1 Package firm Tofu3 Tbsp Plain Whipped Salad Dressing1 Tbsp fresh Cilantro1/4 cup chopped onions2 Tbsp chopped green pepper1/4 tsp black pepper 1 tsp mustard
Directions
Drain tofu and mash in a bowl with fork or with potato masher.
Add all other ingredients and mix in well.

Nice to place on top of a salad or in a sandwich. Whatever your pleasure, it is nice to add as an alternative to the regular egg salad.
