Dilled Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
Sauce:1/2 cup no fat yogurt1/3 cup tomato, chopped seeded1/3 cup cucumber, chopped seeded1 teaspoon dried dill weedSalmon Cakes1 can (14.75 oz) pink salmon drained, skin and bone removed3/4 cup Quaker oats (quick or old fashioned)1/3 cup skim milk1 egg, lightly beaten2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
In a bowl mix the sauce ingredients and chill.

Mix Salmon cake ingredient in another bowl let stand for 5 minutes. Shape into 5 patties.

Coat a pan with cooking spray, cook cakes over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.

Serve with sauce.
