Sugar Free, Gluten Free Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients
1 cup pumpkin, peaches, pears, berries, apples, etc.2 eggs1/2 cup oat branpumpkin pie spice/apple pie spice1/4 tsp baking soda
Directions
Makes a delicious breakfast! Serve with plain yogurt! Try popping the yogurt in the freezer for a 1-2 hours before hand!

*Try making a pumpkin loaf for lunch/dinner and serve with 1 cup raw veggies.

-Preheat oven to 350.
-Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
-Combine ingredients and pour into dish.
-When using fruit, try mashing 1/4 cup and dicing the rest.
