4 oz Tofu1/4 cup Milk6 oz Yogurt1 cup blueberries, raspberries, etc.1/2 cup oat bran
Directions
Makes one complete breakfast!
-Puree tofu, milk, yogurt, and oats in blender.
-Add fruit at end for a short time.

    This is very good!! I am vegan, so I use plain soy yogurt and unsweetened almond milk. I also add 1 Tbsp milled flax to add one more heart-healthy ingredient. - 6/11/12

    It sounds good, but I'd substitute flaxseed meal or rice bran for oat bran unless you have a source for oat bran that is guaranteed g.f. The oat bran I have access to is not g.f. - 5/1/08
