Minute Rice Meatballs

Ingredients
1 Cup Minute Rice1.34 Ground Beef1 Egg1 1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper15 oz tomato sauce1/4 water
Directions
Mix tomato sauce with1/4 cup water. Combine Minute Rice with Beef,egg, salt,pepper with 1/2 cup tomato sauce Mix lightly, shape mixture into 18 balls. Pour remaining tomato sauce mix over meatballs. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat, simmer covered 15 minutes, basting occasionally.
