10 oz of frozen strawberries1 cup of frozen triple berry mix2 small ripe bananas1 cup chopped fresh pineapple4 cups of blueberry pomegranate juice1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt3 tablespoons of lime juice2 tablespoons of agave syrup (optional)3 tablespoons of ground flax-seed (optional)
Place ingredients in a blender. Blend on low to medium for 30 seconds, gradually increase blender to high and blend for 1 to 2 minutes longer.
