Korean BBQ Country Style Ribs

2.5 lbs country style ribs, fat trimmedMarinade:1/4 cup less sodium soy sauce1/3 cup granulated sugar1/2 cup water1 T chili garlic sauce5 clove garlic, chopped3 green onions, chopped1 t ground black pepper2 T sesame oil1 t sesame seeds
Ribs:
Trim the fat from the ribs. set aside.
Marinade:
1. Add the soy sauce, sugar, and water to a bowl. Mix with a whisk until sugar dissolves.
2. Add chili garlic sauce, chopped garlic, chopped onion, black pepper, sesame oil and sesame seeds.
3. Add ribs and marinade to a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Stir once after an hour.
4. Heat grill to medium heat and cook to 145 degrees. Do not undercook the ribs.
Serve with steamed rice and salad and maybe some grilled peaches.
