-1 fresh banana-1 Cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or regular almond milk)-1 scoop chocolate protein powder-1 TBSP peanut butter-1 tsp ground cinnamon-1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder-1 tsp (1 packet) Truvia (zero calorie stevia sweetener)-1 tsp vanilla extract-1 TBSP ground flaxseed meal-a few handfuls of ice
