Ingredients
Added in the calories for 8 servings on someOld El Paso Enchilada Sauce, 1 can (90 cal)Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (100 cal)Lentils, .25 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces Corn Tortillas, 8 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp Package of 4 cheese pre shredded low moisture cheese, 1 cup, (360 cal)
Directions
Cook chicken first and slice. Add in boiled lentils(pureed after softened and cooked) w yogurt and cumin. Spoon on and add sauce and cheese on top. Very healthy- even good minus the cheese!
