Marvolous Meatloaf

2 lbs Lean Ground Sirloin 10% Fat,1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix, for Chicken1/4 cup Barbecue Sauce - Kraft - Thick & Spicy Hickory Smoke, 2 Eggs lightly beaten1 Cup Water 1/2 c chopped green pepper1 c chopped onion/2 c Hunts tomato sauce,
-Preheat oven to 375
- Lightly beat 2 large eggs
- Put meat into a big bowl, add in the stuffing mix. Mix in all ingredients EXCEPT the tomato sauce.
-Once mixed, place in baking dish and pour the tomato sauce on top of the meatloaf.
-Season to taste / I add in garlic salt, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
-Bake 1 hour or until done. Mine takes a little over an hour.
