Garlic Cream Pork Chops

4 pork chops, boneless1 tbls olive oil1 tbls butter2 cloves garlic3 oz cream cheese1/3 cup of heavy whipping cream1/2 tsp thymesalt and pepper to taste
In a frying pan heat olive oil over medium high heat. Salt and pepper chops and saute til browned on both sides, about 6-8 mins. per side depending on their thickness. Remove from pan and keep warm. Melt butter in same pan, be careful not to burn. Add garlic and saute for a min. Add cream cheese, milk and thyme, stirring until thick and all the goodies are scrapped from the bottom of pan. Add chops and heat thru. Serves 4
