3 cups All Bran Buds Cereal2 1/2 cups water1 box low fat brownie mix1/2 cup cocoa powder3 Tbsp mini chocolate chips1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1. Mix water and cereal and let sit 5-10 minutes
2. add rest of ingredients and mix well
3. fill 24 regular muffin tins
4. Bake at 350" for 16 minutes

Yummy, chocolately and very easy to make! My calorie calculation for this recipe was 120 cal/muffin which is still good because they are filling.

MADMARGE
These came out tasting very chocolatey! They were moist, almost like cake in texture. I'll probably bake a few more minutes in the future to make them a little more solid in the middle. Also, I suggest using a mixer to mix all of the ingredients as the mixture gets thick. I'll make these again! - 4/16/11
