5 - Laughing Cow 1/3 less fat Cream Cheese Spread triangles4 large Eggs1/3 Cup Heavy Cream2 Cups shredded Colby Jack cheeseToppings:1/2 cup of shredded cheese reserved2 green onions
Preheat Oven to 375 and grease 9' glass pie plate
Beat Cream and eggs until smooth. Add cream cheese (blend), add 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese. Pour into pie plate, bake for 30 minutes.
Top with reserved cheese and green onions put bake in oven to melt. Let it cool slightly then slice and serve.
