slow cooked pork butt roast

Ingredients
1 5 to 6 lb pork butt roast 3 cups sliced carrots 1 8 oz pkg sliced mushrooms 2 cups sliced celery i medium sized bell pepper chopped 1 spear of broccoli chopped 2 medium sized onions chopped 12 cloves of garlic chopped 2 tsp chili powder 1 tsp crushed red pepper .5 tsp basil .5 tsp oregano 1 tbsp mrs dash garlic and herb .5 cups water
Directions
first off trim off excess fat as much as possible away from roast then debone put in bottom of crock pot. sprinkle seasonings across meat. then add veggies and .5 cups of water put on before work or early in morning and done and ready to eat come supper time

Serving Size: not sure how much truly but it should contain bout 4 to 5 ozs of meat plus all the veggies
