One half of a Cauliflower broken into flowerettesOne onion dicedOne carrot dicedThree cloves garlic mincedOne cup of red and yellow peppers dicedOne large tomato dicedOne cup each of cilantro, basil and parsley minced 1/4 cup olive oil1 tsp each: salt, pepper and sugar
Bake cauliflower with olive oil and some parsley and onions until sweet and soft. In the meantime fry onions and carrots until well done, add sugar, cream, pepper, and salt and bring up to temperature. Do not boil the cream sauce. Once the cauliflower is done, puree in a blender and add to the cream sauce. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring back up to temperature, cook at minimum for seven minutes.
