Buffalo Tofu Balls

Ingredients
1/2 Block of Extra firm Tofu (not completely pressed dry)1 Tablespoon Louisiana Hot Sauce2 Tablespoons Nayonaise1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
Directions
Crumble tofu and coat in hot sauce. Place in bowl or large ziplock bag. Pour in Nayonaise and Panko crumbs and toss to coat. Form balls. Balls will be loose, but pack as tightly as possible. Bake in oven preheated at 475 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
