Ingredients
Meatballs1 pound pork sausage1 pound ground beef1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs (we use cracker crumbs)2 eggs, beaten1/4 cup milk1/2 cup finely chopped onion (we use onion powder)1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepperSauce1/2 cup apple jelly1/4 cup spicy brown mustard1/4 cup Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 tsp Tabasco sauce(We usually use a little extra of each so the sauce won’t dry out tailgating)
Directions
Meatballs:
Preheat oven to 375. Combine all meatball ingredients. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place on a foil and Pam covered baking sheet & bake for about 10-15 minutes, then flip for 10-15 more minutes or until browned & cooked through. (We usually do 10 minutes each side.)

Sauce:
Combine all sauce ingredients in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook for one minute, then add meatballs and cook for five more minutes, stirring to make sure they all get coated. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
