Ground beef, lean, 15 ozEgg, fresh, 2 extra large*Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 1 cupMilk, 2%, .5 cup*Kraft Cheddar Cheese, 2% milk, 3 oz. shreddedOnions, raw, .5 largeGarlic, 3 cloves
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Pack mixture into loaf pan (sprayed with Pam). Bake covered (with foil) for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Remove foil and return to oven for 15 more minutes or until top is slightly golden. Test internal temperature of meat loaf with meat thermometer. Reading should be 160 to 165 degrees.
