Sauteed Vegetables

Ingredients
1 Red Onion1 Bell Pepper, Green1 Bell Pepper, Red1 Package of Sliced Mushrooms1 Summer Squash2 T Vegetable Oil2 T butterSalt to Taste
Directions
-In a nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat
-Rough chop onion - add to pan - let cook 1-2 minutes
-Add mushrooms to pan - cook 5 minutes
-Cut the rest of the veggies - add to pan
-Cook all veggies for 15ish minutes, or until tender/done to your liking, stirring occasionally so nothing burns
-Add butter the last 2 minutes - stir
-Enjoy
