Thai Cucumber salad

Ingredients
2.5 Cucumbers1 medium onion.25 cup chopped peanuts.25 cup lime juice1.5 tbsp fish sauce1 tbsp sugar3 minced cloves garlic1 tsp minced gingerPinch salt
Directions
Seed and slice cucumbers in half, then slice. Chop onion. Mix last 6 ingredients in a bowl. Mix onion and cucumber, add sauce mixture on top. Add peanuts. Mix, cover, and refrigerate.
