Blue Cheese Mushroom Omelet

Ingredients
1/2 cup liquid eggs1/2 oz Crumbled Blue Cheese2 tbls Grated Pramesan Cheese1 cup sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms1 tsp Dried ParsleySaltPepper
Directions
Clean and slice mushrooms, place in a frying pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Set to medium heat and add dash of salt and pepper, Garlic powder. Pour egg starters over and then evenly add parmesam and crumbled blue cheese, than parsley over the top. Cover and cook until eggs are done and cheese has melted.
