Slow Cooker Chicken

Ingredients
Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on high 1 hour. then on low until chicken is cooked through. After chicken cooks, take chicken out and shred it. Place back in slow cooker and let cook for another 10 min. Serve with sour cream or cheese if wanted. Pasta or rice.
