Bran Muffin

Ingredients
2 cups wheat bran1 cup oat bran1 cup whole wheat flour2 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt2 large eggs2/3 milk2/3 yogurt1/3 cup canola oil1/3 cup molasses1/3 cup honey1 tsp vanilla optional1-1/2 cups blueberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease a standard size muffin pan.

Combine wheat bran, oat bran, whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt in a large bowl and set aside.

Combine eggs, milk, yogurt, canola oil, molasses, honey in a small bowl and mix well.

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix with a rubber spatula just until combined.
Fold in the blueberries.
Fill muffin cups and bake for 20 to 25 min.
