Ingredients
3 Cup Whole Grain Oatmeal3/4 C. Brown sugar 1/2 C. butter2 egg whites2C. Milk (nonfat)2t. baking powder1t. saltPeaches, canned, water pack, 2 cup, halves or slices, drained.
Directions
Arrange peaches in bottom of a 9 x 13 pan
Mix remaining ingredients together and carefully spread over peaches.
Bake for 25 min. at 325.
