healthy chicken fried rice

Ingredients
2 chicken tenderloin (frozen chicken breast)1 package of tuscan veggie medly pictsweet steamables in the individual size3 egg whitessoy sauce to taste saracha to taste (chinese hot sauce)1.5 cup brown rice
Directions
brown the chicken tenderloins with a little bit of soy sauce and cut into small pieces. spray pan with cooking spray and cook 3 egg whites. steam the veggies in the microwave and cook your rice (I used leftover cooked brown rice from the dinner before). add all into a pan with cooking spray and add soysauce and saracha.
