Ingredients
3 1/2 cup shredded carrots1/2 cup pineapples1/4 cup raisins 1 granny smith apple, chopped 6 oz fat free plain Greek Yogurt Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
In bowl, combine all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. The longer it sets, the more flavorful it will become. Can also squeeze fresh lemon juice on top for extra flavor.
