1 Onion Chopped1 lb Medium Shrimp, peeled & deveined2 Cans (10.75 oz each) Condensed Cream of Potato Soup2 Cups Milk1 11 oz Can Mexicorn1 tsp. Herb Chicken Seasoning
Coat medium pot with cooking spray. Cook onion over medium heat, stirring, until softened. Add shrimp; cook, stirring, until thoroughly heated (or opaque if using raw shrimp). Stir in soup, milk, corn, and seasoning. Cook, stirring until heated through. Serve with Oyster Crackers.
