Butternut Squash, Parmesan and Pasta

Ingredients
4 Cups peeled, cubed, raw butternut squash1 Cup chopped yellow onion1 Tablespoon dried Rosemary, crushed1 Tablespoon Olive oil8 oz. dry whole wheat penne pasta1 pat unsalted butter1/4 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese1/4 Cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Mix squash, onions, rosemary and olive oil and spread in single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in 425 degree Fahrenheit oven approximately 20 min. or until tender. While baking prepare pasta according to box directions. Drain. Toss all ingredients except cheese together. Sprinkle cheese on top.
