Cream of Crab Soup

Ingredients
Melt Butter in a pan. Saute minced onions until soft. Add the flour and stir until you develop a roux. Pre-prep 2 chicken bullion cubes into 2 cups of clam juice in the microwave to add to the roux. Add the clam juice chicken broth to your roux. Stir until you get a creamy consistency without any flour lumps. Add your 2 cups of fat free half and half. Bring to a boil for 4 minutes then turn down to a simmer. Add 3 tablespoons of Old Bay Seasoning and 1 tablespoon of white pepper. Add 1/2 cup of sherry and continue to simmer for about 20 minutes. Add more seasoning to taste if it needs it.
