Crockpot Pot Roast

1 4lb Beef Roast1/4 cup dehydrated onions1 med yellow onion, sliced3 C carrots, sliced3 C celery, chopped3 C russet potatoes, chopped3 T Worchestershire Sauce1/2 C Chicken Stock3 T Garlic Powder
1. Spread ALL onion on bottom of crock.
2. Place roast in crock, add garlic powder. Also, salt and pepper liberally.
3. Add in all vegetables.
4. Add worchestershire sauce and chicken stock.
5. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Serving Size: About 12, depending on how much meat you want :)
