*Tilapia filet, 24 oz Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Pineapple, fresh, 1 cup, diced *Wish-bone Fat Free Italian Dressing, 6 tbsp Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Beans, black, 1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped I cant believe is not butter 1 tbsp(melted)Lemon 1/2
Heat oven to 425. Add tilapias to baking pan. Pour lemon juice on them, Pour melted butter over it as well.
While fish cooks. Mix onions, pineapples, peppers, corn, beans and italian dressing. Mix to coat.
Once fish is cooked, serve tilapia over brown rice. Put some of the salad on top of the tilapia and enjoy.
