Spicy Orange Shrimp

Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper1/4 tsp chopped garlic1 green onion chopped, reserve a bit of the green tops to sprinkle over finished dish.1 tbsp Smucker's Sugar Free Orange Marmalade with Splenda, 1 tbsp Swanson Chicken Broth Less Sodium1/2 tsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce1 tsp Tapatio Hot Sauce, or to taste1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste1/8 tsp ground ginger3 oz cooked peeled shrimp, tails removed
Directions
Spray a small skillet with PAM and salute bell peppers until tender. Add in garlic and salute until fragrant.

In a small bowl combine green onion (reserving a small amount of the green tops for finished dish), marmalade, chicken broth, soy sauce, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, ground ginger.

Add the combined ingredients in the small bowl and shrimp to the bell peppers, mix well to coat.

Remove from heat and serve when shrimp is heated through. Top with reserved green onion.
