Crockpot Spicy Citrus Fish

Ingredients
A variety of fresh vegetables of your likingOrange Juice and coconut milkPineapple salsa (I make my own, but you can buy it)Tofu, Fish, or Chicken for protein
Directions
Place your veggies in the crock pot-densest on the bottom, add juices and half of the salsa. Within the last 40 minutes of cooking, add the fish and top with the rest of salsa. If you subsitute tofu or chicken add all ingredients at once and then cover with salsa on top.
