Crust1.33 C Quick Oats.5 C Walnut pieces.5 C Ground Flax Seeds.25 C Margarine (melted).25 C Brown SugarRoast the in oven @ 350, oats for 15 min and Walnuts 8 min. cool and add to food proccesser with remainder, Pulse until blended and clumpy. press into pie plate and bake 14 min. Filling1 sm can pumpkin Puree.5 pkg of soft tofu.5 C Brown sugar1 tsp cinnamon.5 tsp nutmeg, ginger, salt.25 tsp allspiceBlended in food proccessor or blender spoon into pie crust and bake 10 min @ 400, then 25-30 min @350.Enjoy!!
