Ground Turkey 3lbs 93% or betterGround sirloin 1.5lbs 93% or better2 cups Oatmeal1/4 cup dried onion3 T Garlic Paste3 T Northern Italian Seasoning2 t Cayenne Pepper2 t White pepper1 T Season salt3 Eggs
Place ground turkey and beef in a large mixing bowl. Mix together all dry ingredients/spices in a food processer and pulse for 5 to 10 seconds. Sprinkle on top of the meat mixture. Crack the 3 eggs over the mixture and mix and /or press with hands until well combined. Scoop with 2onz ice cream scoop and roll until firm. Place on baking sheet sprayed with Olive oil cooking spray. Bake at 425degrees for 20-25min or until firm. Separate and freeze to simmer in you favorite sauce. (You can also shape and use uncooked meat mixture to stuff peppers or cabbage rolls.)
