5 chicken thighs1 Can cranberry sauce, with berries (approx 1.5 Cups)2 Tbs ketchup (optional)1/2 C tomato sauce2 Tbs balsamic vinegar3 Tbs dried onion flakes2 tsp onion powder1tsp garlic powder1tsp salt
Mix all ingredients. bake covered 45-60 min at 400F. (until chicken is cooked) Serve with rice.
